Domestic/International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7 business days. 

International packages may experience slight delays to clear customs.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses SHOULD use USPS. Choosing any other delivery service will result in delays and may require you to retrieve the packages from our service partner’s local establishment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Marianne Jerri is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages/Lost Packages

Marianne Jerri ONLY issues refunds for lost or damaged items that are insured. Route Protect is the MJ preferred shipping insurance.

If you received your order damaged, please document the damage with images so a claim can be filed. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods when filing a claim.

If your package is lost/damaged please email info@mariannejerri.com with your tracking number, order number, or other identifying information so we can help you right away.

International Specific Shipping Policy

Marianne Jerri does ship to all countries serviced by UPS and USPS; however only items shipped via UPS are eligible for refunds.

Furthermore, due to the European Union’s (EU) shipping/customs laws of July 2021, Marianne Jerri is unable to guarantee or refund any packages sent to the EU.

Refunds Policy

Because Marianne Jerri specializes in One Of A Kind (OOAK) artistic creations, we only offer refunds on items lost or damaged during shipping that have shipping insurance. If you opt out of shipping insurance no refunds will be possible.

Digital/Downloadable item purchases cannot be refunded.
